Scenic Stillwater is often referred to as the birthplace of Minnesota.  In 1848, a territorial convention that began the process of establishing Minnesota as a state was held in Stillwater, at the corner of Myrtle and Main Streets. Minnesota officially became a territory in 1849 and a state in 1858.

All of our art is original digital graphic art, illustrated exclusively by Mark Herman. These are not reproductions of vintage art.

Giclée fine art open edition print on Epson heavy weight (10.3mil/192 gsm), archival matte paper, with Epson pigmented ink.

All of our prints include an off-white printed border, designed for framing with or without matting, with small icon at the bottom of the print. The size of the border varies with the print (from 1-3 inches), so the “live image” is usually as follows:
