HANDLING & CARE
Please try to refrain from touching the face of your print, as even clean hands may leave a mark. Rough handling will scratch or crease your art. The larger the print, the more difficult it will be to handle – please use caution. When unrolling, you should have clean, smooth weights to hold down the corners. If possible, make this a team effort to avoid any unintentional creases or imperfections! We suggest that you frame your print as soon as possible.
Please see our Print Dimensions page here for details on the sizes that we offer. All prints are composed of the “live image” and a border, which together make up the final Print Size. Due to aspect ratios and printing efficiencies, we cannot make changes to the size of our prints.
CUSTOMIZATION & COMMISSIONS
Some customization of our existing library of art is possible, please email our studio with your request and we will do our best to accommodate you. At this moment, we cannot create a custom illustration of your secret cabin in the woods, but keep an eye on this spot for developments on this front.

SUGGESTIONS FOR NEW LANDMARKS
We are always open to ideas of new Landmarks to illustrate! Please fill out the form here and we will take it under consideration. When possible, submit your request with a brief description of why it should be considered a Legendary Landmark, and a photo that represents your vision of that spot.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If you are dissatisfied with your print order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Framed art is NOT refundable – we custom frame every print to order, please be certain of sizes before ordering. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given for art that is damaged upon return receipt, please return art in its original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. All prints ship for free in the continental USA with Standard USPS Parcel shipping. Shipping costs may apply to large framed print orders and orders shipped overseas, those costs will be calculated at checkout. You may request expedited shipping at checkout, but please still allow 2-3 days for print fulfillment, and up to 2 weeks for your custom framed prints to be produced. Please contact us with special requests, we will always do our best to accommodate you.
We do offer pick-up from our Minneapolis studio for local clients. However, we ask that you reserve this for framed prints or orders that need special handling. We do not hold regular hours, so all orders for pick-up will need to be coordinated with our studio.
You may cancel your order at any time, and for any reason, if you have not yet received shipping information. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. Please allow 2-3 days for your payment to be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payment because of unintentional website pricing errors.
